Admission & application

Applications for February intake (Year 1 only) or September 2021 intake are now open !

Who may apply ?

Year 1 – Intakes in February and September 2021

Students who have or are working to earn a High School diploma, Baccalauréat, ‘A’ levels or secondary level equivalent are eligible to apply for this program. The admissions board is looking for dynamic students with solid academic results, strong motivation and the ability to work with an international team.

Year 2 & Year 3 - Transfer Students – Intake in September 2021

  • Year 2 : Students who have validated a total of 60 ECTS credits or equivalent (in business-related subjects) at an approved institution may apply for direct entry to Year 2.
  • Year 3 : Students who have validated a total of 120 ECTS credits or equivalent (in business-related subjects) at an approved institution may apply for direct entry to Year 2.

Transfer students ?

A Transfer Student is eligible to transfer credits once he/she has completed at least one academic year in another Business School or University, in France or abroad. The student will need to provide a complete and detailed description of the curriculum followed (detailed transcripts and syllabi).

Transferring credits is made on a case-by-case basis following a specific scale regarding the equivalence between credits earned outside the EU and ECTS credits.

In general, we accept transfer credits for subjects taught in the ISG curricula for which the student received an A or a B grade (or equivalent).


Admissions procedure ?

In order to apply for this program, candidates must complete the online application and provide scanned copies of all original supporting documents. All documents must be in English or French or be submitted with a certified translation into English or French in case they are drawn up in another language.


New entrance - conditions

In compliance with the French Government’s directives concerning the current health crisis and following commitments undertaken by the ‘’Conférence des Grandes Ecoles’’, entrance conditions to the Bachelor in International Management program for Spring 2021 intake were modified.

All written and oral examinations have been cancelled.

Entrance into the Bachelor in International Management program will be conditioned solely on the basis of the candidate’s school/academic file (grades and comments appearing on transcripts), the language level in English (grades) and the personal file comprising a CV or resumé (‘’my profile’’ on the ParcourSup platform), a statement of intent (‘’my intent for the course applied to’’ on the ParcourSup platform).

Assessment of files and selection of candidates


Admission into Year 1  

The pupil’s school file is assessed on the basis of :

  • Transcripts from the penultimate year of secondary study (overall grade average and comments)
  • Transcripts from the final year of secondary study (overall grade average and comments)

Points weighting : 4
Transcripts from both years bear equal weighting

The candidate’s personal file is assessed on the basis of :

  • The CV /resumé
  • The candidate’s statement of intent written in English and giving details of his/her goals, centers of interest and strong interests
Points weighting : 6

Admission into Year 2  

The academic file is assessed on the basis of :

  • The general average grade earned at the ‘baccalauréat’ or equivalent diploma
  • The overall average grade and (where available) comments on those transcripts the candidate can produce from the 1st year of higher education

Points weighting : 4
Grades from both the ‘baccalauréat’ or equivalent diploma and the first year of higher education bear equal weighting

The candidate’s personal file is assessed on the basis of :

  • The CV /resumé
  • The candidate’s statement of intent written in English and giving details of his/her goals, centers of interest and strong interests
Points weighting : 6

Admission into Year 3  

Some of the criteria sought for in the candidate’s school/academic file :

  • English grades, where English is the language of study as of the 1st year ; these also demonstrate a taste for an international environment and an open-mind with regard to other countries…
  • Grades in economics for candidates who studied economics and social studies as it brings out their curiosity for the business world.
  • Comments made by teaching staff which help to understand pupils’ / students’ drive and intent (regularity of attendance and attitude in class), underlining their strong points, indicating the degree to which work is regular as well as any incidents along the way.

The personal file :
This is the opportunity for the candidate to show his/her personality, centers of interest, personal and professional projects.

Points to which the school attaches particular importance and which can well make all the difference :

  • The candidate’s commitment to an association, sports, culture… : sports and associations are frequently the theater for effort, overcoming obstacles and proving perserverance.
  • Travel and experience of an international environment are essential in a school which is open onto the world.
  • The candidate’s centers of interest, even passions where (s)he can put his/her talent to good use in various fields such as music, cinema, horse-riding…
  • The candidate’s mindset, his/her convictions, his/her will to succeed and his/her temperament.

It is possible to apply prior to submitting your English test score and/or your final academic results or High school diploma / A-levels etc. In that case, we would be able to make you a conditional offer.


International students ?

International students should meet the same application standards as European students in their application process. All international students are expected to verify requirements with their local French consulate and plan accordingly.
