Advanced Entry Admissions

It is possible to join ISG in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year through an entrance exam. The documents required are specific to each programme.

Students living abroad or in the French overseas departments and territories benefit from the OVERSEAS procedure and can take the tests remotely (to be specified at the time of application).
Admissions for the September 2022 academic year are open.

Year 2
Target students

Students at baccalaureate +1 level with 60 valid or in the process of being validated ECTS credits

Written exam

TAGE Post Bac* (1h20 – coef2)

Score TOEIC* (or equivalent official test) or average of the English score obtained in the baccalaureate and the English scores obtained in the first year of higher education (Coef 1)

Oral tests

Discovery One : Text commentary and motivation interview (20mn preparation + 20mn presentation – Coef 5)

English: (20mn preparation + 30mn presentation – Coef 2)

Motivation interview  (30mn – Coef 5)

English language interview  (30mn – Coef 2)

Discovery One in English (20mn preparation + 30mn presentation – Coef 7)

Year 3
Target students

Students at baccalaureate +2 level with 120 valid or in the process of being validated ECTS credits

Discovery Grand Angle: Text commentary and motivation interview (20mn preparation + 20mn presentation – Coef 5)

Year 4
Target students

Students at baccalaureate +3 level with 180 valid or in the process of being validated ECTS credits

Written exam

Academic record (Coef 2)

Echo-animate : Reflection on a subject in the form of an animated video (4h – Coef 4)

Score TOEIC* (or equivalent official test) Minimum score of 600 (Coef 1)

Motivation interview: Duration : 30 mn – Coef 4

Entrance exam preparation

Workshops for the preparation to the entrance exam are organised on each campus throughout the year.


The TAGE and TOEIC tests can be taken on each of the ISG campuses (Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg and Toulouse) throughout the year.
