The General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Institut Supérieur de Gestion is a private, higher education institution recognized by the French State, registered with the Rectorate of Paris under the number 075 3620 C.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and undertaken by the financial guarantor (the pupil, the parent or the guardian of the pupil) as part of the on-line payment of the application fee for one or more courses offered by the school.
Article 1: Application Forms
Application procedures are common to all students.
Once the application has been finalized online, the applicant receives an e-mail from the school confirming that the application has been received. After receiving the application, the supporting documents and payment, the school processes and reviews the applicant's file and sends the result of admissibility by email within 3 to 15 days depending on the program.
Article 2: Prices
The online application fees are those indicated on the school website at the time of the application. They are denominated in euros and calculated with all taxes included.
The amount of the application fees changes according to the course and the student's situation (scholarship or non-scholarship).
The Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) reserves the right to alter the fees at any time. However, the students will be invoiced at the prices indicated on the site during the application process.
No applications will be processed without prior reception of the payment.
Paying the application fee does not automatically validate the student's admission. The application must be accepted by the school and the applicant must pass the admission tests (oral and / or written).
Article 3: Terms of payment
Payment of the application fee is made either:
- By credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Card and European bank card).
- By check.
- By wire transfer.
Payments will be made through the Secure Sogenactif system, which uses the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol in such a way that the information transmitted is encrypted by software so that no third party can read it on the network.
Article 4: Withdrawal
The applicant has a legal period to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, from the validation of the application on the website of the School.
Article 5: How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Any request for cancellation and reimbursement of the application fees must be received by the School within the legal period in writing:

- mail (date according to the postmark): ISG Admissions – International Programs, 8 rue de Lota 75116 Paris - France.
- Any request for cancellation and reimbursement of the application fees which is not communicated in writing to the school within the legal period cannot be considered and will not allow result in any reimbursement of the application fees.
The withdrawal can be done by sending the withdrawal form. In this case, the ISG will immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of the retraction by mail. The withdrawal can also be made via an unambiguous declaration by e-mail (by repeating the mentions appearing on the aforementioned form of retraction). Any request for retraction that does not comply with the legal deadline or the formalities of the preceding paragraph will not be taken into consideration.
Article 6: Reimbursement
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) is contractually obliged to reimburse the applicant of all the sums paid as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days after the date of withdrawal.
The applicant can be reimbursed by check or by wire transfer according to the mean of payment used to make the payment of the application fees.
